Things I Didn't NEED to Know

Perfect example of the Wimp, my most awesomely uninspiring new trainer, and his anecdotes and comparisons.

I ask a question of my very knowledgable? trainer. Just a simple question that in the end could have been answered by saying, "It's just one of those things that happens because everybody's body is different."

BUT, this is not the answer I got ... well, eventually he got around to saying that.

(My comments in pink)

The Wimp: I went to the doctor the other day. Well...I'm about to tell you something personal. I have adult ADD and take Hadoral. I went to see the doctor because I'm having a problem with my little friend, if you know what I mean. (At which point he stuck his finger straight out, and slowly lowered it as he made some kind of sound effect which was supposed to illustrate his erection problems) The doctor sees mostly just children so he didn't really know all the side effects on adults. So, I had to explain to him that I just can't get no woody! (I don't know which bothers me more, the reference to the erection problems or his syntax ... kidding) So, he switched the dosage up because it doesn't cause these problems in everyone, just in some people. It's just the difference in people's body chemistry. So, that's why you . . . blah, blah, blah . . .

OMG I would sue for sexual harassment. Or sexual grossedoutment. Or Sexual ewekeepittoyourselfmoronment! Want me to beat him up for you...note: beat him UP not beat him OFF although that's what it sounds like the poor fella needs.
That's what my sister said. I should get him in trouble for sexual harrassment. But, is that considered sexual harrassment? It does make me uncomfortable. I've always had a problem though with women who call guys out on sexual harrassment when the guy in question is just a plain idiot, not some menace to society.

well, I maybe wouldn't call it that and I'm too shy but if I wasn't I'd at least tell the gym manager that he says sexually explicit stuff that isn't DIRECTED towards you but makes you feel embarassed or uncomfortable. Either that or just tell him. Just say, "Dude - - do you always talk about inappropriate things around ladies?"
